Equatorian Brown Butter Honey Dark Chocolate

(Currently Sold Out)

A dark chocolate shell filled with single origin chocolate from equador sweetened with a bit of honey and enhanced with brown butter.

Just like wine grapes, chocolate absorbed the flavors around it. Even as a plant the beans (and therefore he chocolate made from them) all turn out very differently. This bonbon is made as one of a collection of single oregon dark chocolate bonbons from around the world. Our collection includes Equador, Belize, Colombia, and Madagascar single origin dark chocolate bonbons. Each bonbon is filled with chocolate from its respective country and a bit of butter/cream. Alone they are delicious, but, sample each one next to the other and you will find they have astoundly different flavors. It's amazing how unique chocolate can be without any additional flavoring. Also, in order to allow the chocolate to shine, this bonbon collection also contain no artificial dyes or colors. We encourage you to sample a set with your friends and family and see what unique flavors you can identify.

In this particular bonbon, brown butter is added to compliment the nutty bites of the equadorian single origin chocolate
