Chocolate 101

(Our next class will be Sunday, May 31st, 2026 at 10:30am. Cost $25/person. Please contact us if you would like to attend)

In this 3.5 hour course you will learn the basics of where chocolate comes from, how it is made all while tasting testing through each step of the process.  During your course you will also sample sipping chocolate, taste test chocolates from around the world, and make your on chocolate truffles to take home and share.

Chocolate 201

Want to go beyond the basics?  

In chocolate 201 you will learn the science of tempering chocolate and how to taste test and analyze a bonbon. After this you will dive into tempering your own chocolate and make your own bonbons as well as chocolate medallions to take home and share.
