A white and dark chocolate shell filled with a dark chocolate peppermint ganache. 

Ingredients:

Filling: Dark chocolate (cocoa beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans), Cream, Peppermint extract

Shell: Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), Coco butter

Coloring on outer shell - Roxy & Rich Red Ruby Cocoa Butter (Cocoa butter, mica (E555, E171), FD&C Red40(E129))
