A few Important Notes and Disclaimers

  • Our product is homemade, is not prepared in an inspected food establishment and must be stored and displayed separately if merchandised by a retailer.
  • Chocolate is a perishable product and will not keep forever.  Please mind the "best by" date on your delivery. Chocolates that are cracked will go bad very quickly, if you notice a crack we recommend you throw out the cracked chocolate.  If you find that there is an issue with your product please contact us for a replacement. If one is bad, due to cracking, before your best by date we will proved two for each one that had to be thrown out.
  • Our products are made in a kitchen that is not allergen free and also works with all common allergens including (but not limited to) Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish, and Sesame
