Desert Rose

A dark chocolate shell filled with white chocolate strawberry rose ganache created from the inspiration of the desert rose rocks. 

Desert rose rocks are geological formations occur as minerals crystalize forming a rosette shape underneath the sand.  While visiting Saudi Arabia I want to a back-alley street that the locals had named "the street of beauty." The entire neighborhood consisted of broken down, fragmented concrete and rebar…except for this one street. 

On the “Streat of beauty” the residents had banded together with the goal of making their street a "bit of paradise." Flowers, plants, art, and colors of every huge lined the entire street.  I was quickly invited in by the locals for tea where they proceeded to tell me amazing stories.  As I left, one of the kind hosts gave me a desert rose to keep.  What a treasure.  The desert rose is a symbol of hope and natural beauty in harsh environments. 

The Rose Water for this bonbon was purchased in Saudi Arabia. This bonbon is perfect for those with whom you wish to share a moment of hope and beauty.
