Desert Sands

A white and dark chocolate shell filled with a layer of white chocolate cardamom ganache followed by a layer of milk chocolate tahini gianduja inspired by the sands and mosques of Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia is famous for its desert sands and commitment to the Islamic faith. Wherever you go throughout the country, you can encounter vast desert landscapes and cities filled with white domed mosques that ring out the call to prayer throughout the day. The hospitality of the people is obvious as they welcome you to visit with dates and Arabian coffee. The smell of cardamom and incense permeates the air. Made from cardamom purchased in Saudi Arabia and tahini made in Jordan, this bonbon was created to embody the richness of the Arabian peninsula. With a white dome shape followed by desert sand design. We hope this bonbon will take your senses to the Arabian Sands and inspire you to tell stories of adventure, faith, and magic.
