A dark chocolate shell filled with dark chocolate goat cheese ganache producing a cheese cake like texture and taste.
My mom has always loved cheesecake. She grew up in New York City and had access to the best cheesecake around as a child. No wonder it became such a favorite dessert. She also makes a wonderful cheesecake. The flavor however is hard to replicate in chocolate...and then I found goat cheese. With a unique creamy flavor it was perfect for making a wonderful chocolate cheese cake flavor with a deep richness that lingers and inspires a second bite
This bonbon is also the first in my collection to use coconutter colors that are 100% all natural. We hope you enjoy the richnes of life with your family and friends though this bonbon.
Ingredients:
Filling: Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), goat cheese, honey
Shell: Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), Coco butter
Coloring on outer shell - Chef Rubber ubber All-Natural Colored Cocoa Butter.
